we accept major credit cards and take payment as soon as you place your order. if one or more of the products are out of stock, we’ll contact you within 24 working hours. you’ll receive an order confirmation shortly after payment is taken. this is to indicate that we have received your order. you'll receive confirmation when your order has shippped with additional shipping details. if you ever need to contact us about an order, email yourfriends@rdybasics.com with your name and order number or reach out to us through the contact us form on our site. if you create an account on our site, you will also be able to see order details there.

after purchase, check your email for shipping updates and tracking information. most orders ship the next day with delivery within 5-7 business days. if you did not receive shipping information, send us an email at yourfriends@rdybasics.com for additional help!
we ship anywhere within the U.S. we also ship to PO box addresses.
unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally, but are hoping to service our international clients soon! check our tiktok shop for international shipping!
